
Ordering Information Ordering through Knits in the City is a simple process. Select the pattern/yarn/accessory you need. Enter the quantity you require. Add to your shopping cart. You can view your cart in your required currency - just click on the country of your choice and your items will be shown in the correct currency type. When you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout (its a bit like supermarket shopping). The checkout will inform you of your order value. By confirming your order you will be directed to a payment page. Here you should enter your payment details. (We use PayPal which accepts all major credit cards and all information is held on a secure SSL). Once the payment is processed your order will be picked packed and dispatched. Knits in the City endeavours to hold all website advertised items in stock and dispatches them on receipt of order. Knits in the City uses - First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery process in the UK . All overseas orders are sent by Air Mail. For special orders (where an item is not in stock) the payment will be processed and a special order placed on the Knits in the City supplier. The product will be dispatched on the day it is received at Knits in the City. You will be e-mailed regularly to keep you informed about your purchase.
